The Advanced Manufacturing Associate Training is a quick, intensive, online training presenting crucial manufacturing concepts and other skills needed for entry-level positions with a path for advancement. This training is designed for adults who may not have their high school diploma or who may have limited English proficiency, yet desire to start an exciting, new career in advanced manufacturing. Graduates receive the Certified Manufacturing Associate Certificate from the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME) through Tooling U. This certificate demonstrates readiness for beginning a career in manufacturing with an understanding of safety, workflow, and manufacturing math concepts, and operating basic machinery.  After program completion, students are referred to select employers eager to interview them for open positions.
