2018.08 – Reading Connections Helps Open Doors with Literacy, Life Skills Training

Because of religious persecution, Tasneem Tahira left Pakistan with her brother and his family and came to the United States as a refugee in 2016. Tahira, who spoke only Urdu, left two brothers and three sisters and their families behind in her home country.
