The Ready for Work Closet supports Reading Connections Workforce Development students as they complete their job and career training programs and prepare for interviews and job fairs. Through the Closet, students receive free, professional clothing to help them present themselves with confidence and succeed in the hiring process. It is also available by referral to clients from partner nonprofit agencies who are actively seeking employment or working toward a promotion.
